Return/Exchange Conditions:

1. 30-Day Window: You may return or exchange any item within 30 days of receiving it, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returns, based on the condition of the product. If the product is classified as refurbished due to visible signs of wear or missing items, a 40% restocking fee will be applied.

3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Product Condition: Products must be returned in like-new condition, undamaged, and with all original packaging and accessories.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

2. Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions.

3. Notification: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return. This process includes an inspection to ensure the item is in good working order and shows no signs of damage.

4. Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow three days to three weeks for the credit to appear, depending on your payment method and bank's policy.

Additional Information:

• Damaged or Missing Items: If the product exhibits visible signs of wear or is missing items to the extent that Arsalan Fitness can no longer sell the product as "new," it will be classified as a refurbished unit, and additional fees may apply.
